Punishment of the crime

1. Around 09:20 on April 4, 2016, the Defendant had been driving a PCX125 Oba, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 245-gil 143, 245-gil 143 (the government of Dong-dong line to Dong-dong line) on the road.
