A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CL125 Oba in violation of the Road Traffic Act (not after an accident).

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving CL125 Oba in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Epins).

On February 24, 2016, the Defendant driven the above 00:06 around 00:06, and fleded, the Defendant followed the set-off 6 lanes in Seoul Nowon-gu, Seoul Nowon-gu, set forth four lanes in front of the set-off 508, Nowon-gu, Seoul Nowon-gu, with four lanes in front of the set-off 508.
