Reasons
Basic Facts
The purpose of the defendant is to supply E to the people of Gyeong-do and to support and foster sports players according to the implementation of the National Sports Promotion Act (amended by Act No. 13246, Mar. 27, 2015; Act No. 13246, Mar. 28, 2016).
The plaintiffs are members of the defendant.
On December 18:30, 2016, Plaintiff A asked at the office of the former CAssociation on the charge of disciplinary action that Plaintiff A did not register the candidate for the Defendant’s election. At the time, Plaintiff A asked at F, who was the head of the said Association Secretariat, for lack of documents, to which he was unable to register the candidate for the Defendant’s election of the chairman. Plaintiff A collected a cell phone for F’s face, and Defendant A caused injury to F, such as damage to the satum that requires approximately two weeks’ treatment by satising the f’s length twice and satisf.
Plaintiff
A on February 2, 2017, this Court issued a summary order of KRW 1 million (Seoul District Court Masan Branch 2017 High Court 2017 High Court Masan Branch 214) for the above criminal facts, and the above summary order was finalized as it is.

B Plaintiff B was elected as the head of the Defendant’s extraordinary session held on December 1, 2016 at the Defendant’s inaugural general meeting, which was held on December 1, 2016, and thereafter, H was elected as the head of the Defendant’s primary president at the Assembly of Representatives held on December 15, 2016, and the Korea Sports Council appointed H as an executive officer on December 30, 2016.
However, on January 6, 2017, after the adoption of the first president H, Plaintiff B sent to Defendant Representatives a document stating that “The first president’s authorization procedure is withheld due to problems in the election of the first president. To correct the illegal accounting and administrative processing, the duties of the head of the F Secretariat will be suspended as of December 26, 2016 and will be accused to the prosecution” (hereinafter “instant document”) and the said document contains “C Association extraordinary director B” as the sender.
The defendant disciplinary action against the plaintiffs.
