A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of five million won on October 11, 2007 as a crime of violating road traffic law in the Gunsan Support of the Jeonju District Court, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years on November 19, 201 for a crime of violating road traffic law in the same court on November 19, 2014, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years on November 27, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 27, 2014.

Criminal facts

On February 21, 2016, the Defendant driven Cpoter cargo with alcohol content of about 0.170% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from around 20 meters from the Jindo parking lot in the conversation between the Jindo and the entrance of the Jindo cafeteria, which was located on his behalf, to the entrance of the Jindo.

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, and driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver's license.
