Defendant
A is about 3,272 square meters of forest land, which is a development-restricted zone in Si-si, Si-si, and about 186 square meters of forest land, Defendant B is about 186 square meters of forest land, Defendant H is about 353 square meters of forest land, Defendant C is about 176 square meters of forest land, Defendant E is about 232 square meters of forest land, and Defendant D is a person who leases approximately 491 square meters of forest land, respectively, and operates a high-water shop.
1. In a development-restricted zone Defendant A, the act of constructing buildings and piling up goods in violation of the purpose of designation without obtaining permission from the Special Self-Governing Province Governor or the head of the Si/Gun/Gu. However, the Defendant, from June 3, 2006 to May 16, 2012, installed halogs and light steel tanks of approximately 307 square meters on the forest owned by the complainants who are the development-restricted zone, without obtaining permission from the Si Development-restricted zone.

In Defendant B’s development-restricted zone, the act of constructing a building or piling up goods in violation of the purpose of designation without obtaining permission from the Special Self-Governing Province Governor or the head of Si/Gun/Gu, notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant was unable to do so, the Defendant installed a 12mpon bar in the forest owned by the complainant, who is the development-restricted zone, from June 201 to May 16, 201, and stockpiled the scrap metal, rain metals, etc.
3. In the Defendant C development restriction zone, the act of constructing buildings, piling up goods, etc. in violation of the purpose of designation without obtaining permission from the Special Self-Governing Province Governor or the head of Si/Gun/Gu may not be performed. Nevertheless, the Defendant, from February 2, 2011 to February 2, 2012, installed a light-scale frame of 18 square meters on the forest owned by the complainants who are the development restriction zone, and stockpiled the scrap metal, non-ferrous, etc.
4. Constructing buildings or piling up goods in violation of the purpose of designation without obtaining permission from the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.
