Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From May 2013 to June 28, 2014, Defendant A received a total of KRW 3,900,000 won per month from AB hospital located in the Southern Gun, and lent Defendant A’s nurse’s license to Defendant A, who received a total of KRW 3,00,000 per month as rental fees.
2. Defendant B: (a) from August 2009 to May 201, 201, the Defendant received 3.6 million won per month in total from AB hospital as a rental fee, and lent the Defendant’s nurse’s license to AB hospital.
3. The Defendant: (a) from July 201 to February 2012, Defendant C received 3,200,000 won in total from AB hospital each month as a rental fee, and lent the Defendant’s nurse’s license to AB hospital.
4. From December 2014 to May 2015, Defendant D received a total of KRW 1.8 million per month from AB hospital as a rental fee, and lent Defendant D’s nurse license to AB hospital with a total of KRW 3 million per month.
5. From August 2012 to April 2014, Defendant E received 3,250,000 won per month in total from AB hospital from around August 201 to around April 2014, and lent Defendant E’s nurse license.
6. Defendant F: (a) from July 2013 to December 2013, 2013, the Defendant received a total of KRW 1.2 million per month from AB hospital as a rental fee, and lent Defendant F’s nurse’s license to AB hospital with a total of KRW 3 million per month.
7. Defendant G received KRW 270,000,000 per month from September 24, 2013 to June 23, 2014, a total of KRW 300,000 from AB hospital as a rental fee, and lent the Defendant’s nurse’s license.
8. From January 30, 2012 to August 11, 2013, Defendant H received KRW 5,700,000 per month a total of KRW 300,000,000 per month from around January 30, 201 to around August 1, 201, and lent the Defendant’s nurse’s license.
9. Defendant I received a total of KRW 3,300,000 won per month from May 12, 2014 to November 2015, and lent Defendant I’s nurse’s license to AC hospital a total of KRW 3,300,000 per month, as a rental fee.
10. Defendant J 30,000 won per month from January 31, 2012 to November 2015.
