Punishment of the crime

1. On January 15, 2017, the Defendant, around 11:00 on January 15, 2017, when cleaning a D taxi that he/she operated on the street in front of the residential area located in Busan Shipping Daegu C, he/she embezzled the property that he/she would have, without following the necessary procedures such as returning it to the aggrieved Party E, obtained one of his/her possession of Samsung gallon equivalent to KRW 900,000,000, the market value of Samsung gallon, which was left in the taxi by the victim E, and embezzled the property that he/she would have, without going through the necessary procedures such as returning it to the victim.

2. 2017. 6. 27. 경 범행 피고인은 2017. 3. 경 D 택시의 교대근무 자인 F로부터 ‘ 손님이 두고 내린 휴대폰을 데시 보드에 넣어 놨으니 연락이 오면 주인을 찾아 줘 라’ 는 부탁을 받고, 성명 불상의 미군이 택시에 놓고 내린 위 휴대폰( 아이 폰 5) 을 보관하던 중 벼룩신문에서 중고 휴대폰을 구입한다는 광고를 보고 이를 판매하기로 마음먹고, 2017. 6. 27. 13:00 경 부산 수영구 G에 있는 H 마트 앞 노상에서 위 택시 데시 보드에 보관되어 있던 위 휴대전화를 꺼 내 가지고 가 피해자의 점유를 이탈한 재물을 횡령하였다.
