Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was the third representative of the D shopping mall located in Gangdong-gu C.

1. Around 16:00 on April 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the representative meeting room of the said shopping mall management center, the victim E, the president of the said shopping mall management center, attended the third representative meeting of the said shopping mall in April 2014 and made a statement to the effect that the victim E, the president of the said shopping mall management center, was unable to accept his/her opinion; (b) he/she collected a complaint from the chairperson of the said shopping mall; and (c) caused the damage of the victim’s glass (900m x 1,800m m) equivalent to the market value to KRW 108,00.

2. The Defendant interfered with the business of the head of the shopping mall management division, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, by exercising his/her authority, such as destroying glass as described in paragraph 1, during the process of a regular representative meeting in April 2014, the victim, who is the president of the D shopping mall management division, was unable to proceed with the business of the said shopping mall management division.

3. On May 23, 2013, the Defendant of defamation, on the third floor of the D shopping mall operated by himself, stated that “E, at the time of the public announcement of D shopping mall 8th floor, he received KRW 2 million as a bribe,” a false fact to F, who is carrying out the position of the president of the D shopping mall management division, along with the victim E, with the victim E.

The Defendant stated the above false facts to G, the representative of the first floor of the shopping mall on the same day.

On July 2013 or around August 2013, the Defendant stated the above false facts to H, the representative of the fourth story of the shopping mall, at the representative conference room of the shopping mall.

On June 2014, the Defendant: (a) completed a meeting of the representative of the shopping mall management center on an irregular day on which June 2014, the Defendant walked along the underground passage leading from the Lao distance located in Gangdong-gu, Gangdong-gu and managed as the representatives of the above shopping malls by the group members of the meeting, F, G, H, I, etc., who are the members of the meeting.
