Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 29, 2016, the Defendant, at around 19:00, sustained an injury on the part of the victim, on the ground that the victim D (47 years old) who is the president of the representative council of occupants of the above apartment building, and the victim was trying to get out of the place of the meeting, on the ground that he/she was trying to go out of the meeting and attempted to go out of the meeting, on the ground that he/she was trying to go out of the place of the meeting.
