Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall make a false report or application with respect to a resident registration or resident registration certificate.

Nevertheless, around October 24, 2012, the Defendant applied for the re-issuance of his/her resident registration certificate at the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Community Service Center B, and submitted a photograph of his/her name in his/her resident registration certificate to the re-issuance of his/her resident registration certificate and received a resident registration certificate

Accordingly, the Defendant reported false facts on the resident registration certificate.
