Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Crimes related to "R" at sexual traffic establishments;
A. On December 2017, the Defendant leased Antel T, U, V, W, and X in Ansan-si, Stel T, and the said U was used as an office for engaging in commercial sex acts by installing a computer for managing a commercial sex business establishment, and the said T, V, W, and X was equipped with bedclothes and mixed mp, etc. for the purpose of operating a commercial sex business establishment.
From the above time to June 5, 2018, the Defendant employed Q, etc. as a head of office for the management of commercial sex acts, and operated commercial sex acts of arranging commercial sex acts by operating a mutually named "R" business in the manner of receiving half of the cash received from male customers from the above female customers in return for phone calls to the above T, V, W, and X, with which foreign nationality women who find the said officetel after making a promise to telephone to the Defendant or Q, and had them find the said officetel in return for the payment for sexual sex acts, losses, or entry. B.
