Punishment of the crime

No one shall arrange to engage in sexual intercourse with unspecified persons, such as sexual intercourse or similar sexual intercourse using a part of body, such as mouth or anus, or implements, or to become the other party to sexual intercourse, in return for receiving or promising to receive money, valuables or other benefits.

1. Defendant A and Defendant B are co-offenders between Defendant A and Defendant B, and Defendant A are the owners of sexual traffic establishments “D” and “E”. Defendant B is the head of the office at the above sexual traffic establishments operated by Defendant A and conspired to divide half of the profits of the above sexual traffic establishments.

around December 2019, Defendants B conspired to provide F buildings G and H buildings I in their own name to arrange commercial sex acts. Defendant A provided all funds for the operation of the said commercial sex acts, while operating the said commercial sex acts from January 1, 2020 to March 8, 2020, posted a letter of advertisement of commercial sex acts through the Internet entertainment site “J”, which is an Internet entertainment site, while employing female employees, and then having female employees receive 80,000 won from unspecified male customers who reported and contacted the said advertisement, and had female employees do a similar act that leads them to harming the sexual organ of male customers in his/her hands and scambling it.

B. On January 20, 2020, the Defendants conspired and leased Defendant B to offer the Daegu Suwon K Building L and Mho in its own name to arrange commercial sex acts. Defendant A provided all funds to operate the said commercial sex acts establishments. From March 14, 2020 to April 1, 2020, the said establishment operated “E” at the said establishment, posted a commercial sex acts advertisement through the Internet entertainment site “J”, and employ female employees, and then KRW 80,000 from the unspecified number of male customers who reported and contacted the said advertisement.
