Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the representative of the Fire Fighting Corporation B, which is located in Busan Dong-gu D and the second floor.

In conducting fire-fighting supervision, a person who has registered the fire-fighting construction supervision business shall faithfully perform the supervisory duties of the fire-fighting corporation, such as guiding and supervising the installation of fire-fighting systems, etc. conducted by the construction business operator as to whether such systems meet the design

Nevertheless, from June 16, 2015 to October 8, 2015, the Defendant performed the supervision of the fire-fighting construction work for “FFF vehicle warehouse” in the Dong-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, by failing to place 12 fire extinguisherss on the ground, and attaching 12 fire extinguishing devices, thereby violating the fire safety standards of fire extinguishing devices and automatic fire extinguishing devices. ② The Defendant was constructed in violation of the fire safety standards of sprinklers by failing to install hedging between the ceiling and the ceiling inside the warehouse, and ③ the automatic fire alarm equipment’s location height was properly installed without connecting the communication network of the relevant fire-fighting agency and without guiding and supervising the fire safety standards of automatic fire alarm equipment, and submitted a report on the result of the supervision of the fire-fighting construction work to the Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu fire department.

2. Defendant B registered the fire-fighting facility supervision business as a corporation established for the purpose of the fire-fighting facility design and supervision service business.

A, the representative director of the Defendant, conducted the supervision of the Fire Services Corporation on the “F Automobile Warehouse” in relation to the Defendant’s business at the same date, time, and place as prescribed in paragraph (1).
