A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant operated ‘Djuk' in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government as a Eastern and Eastern, and operated ‘F' in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E as a type, paper G and Dong business.

On the other hand, around January 201, the Defendant paid approximately KRW 380,000 to KRW 380,000,000 per month under the pretext of lending interest and principal. Since the Defendant spent KRW 4.5 million per month due to card value, card theory, cash service cost, living cost, etc., the Defendant was in need of money in order to repay the interest solely with F’s profits.

Around October 2010, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that, by phoneing the victim I to the victim I and paying interest of 100 million won per month, 1.2% per month, there is KRW 100 million per month, and that the principal would be repaid up until September 18, 2012, and that it is sufficient that the principal would be repaid up to September 18, 2012, and that F would not be able to know about the fact that funeral would be very well.
