B On October 22, 2010, the Daejeon District Court was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the area of major larceny, and the execution of the sentence was terminated in the Daejeon Prison on April 20, 201.

1. On June 6, 2012, Defendant A and Defendant B: (a) together with the Defendants of special larceny; (b) destroyed steel of KRW 1,8560,00 in total amount of KRW 1530,00,00 in the market price of the steel and KRW 800,000,000 in total, such as the steel and 4 steel, and 60,000 in a vinyl 60,000, in front of the rice plantation cultivated by the Victim E in front of the rice farm; and (c) destroyed steel of KRW 1,856,00 in total, from that time until July 6, 2012, from that time, from among the three plastic houses for the instant land cultivated by the Victim F.

2. Defendant B, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven the said cargo vehicle seven times from that time to July 6, 2012, as shown in the annexed crime list 1, from that time, after going through the front of the discussion of EF cultivation at the Defendant’s house in Y of Y, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, the Defendant driven the said cargo vehicle at approximately 80km from that time to that of the Defendant’s house, without obtaining a driver’s license.

3. The Defendant C is a person operating a secondhand shop with the name of Daejeon Dong-gu I. On June 2012, 2012, the Defendant acquired the stolen goods by occupational negligence on four occasions, including acquisition of stolen goods from A, etc. without a book, even though he/she had a duty of care to enter the details of the transaction and the seller’s personal information in a book.
