Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A, while taking charge of the storage management of plastic manufacturing business (main owner)F in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, was able to freely enter a warehouse equipped with a security device, with the intent to steals the metal mold owned by the victim (owner)J.
On November 1, 2012, the Defendant entered the above warehouse on November 11, 2012, and took a theft after being loaded with a cargo vehicle that was prepared in advance by using a string list with a volume of 50 million won (4,170km) at the market price.
