The defendant shall pay 40,113,280 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from July 25, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

The fact that the Plaintiff loaned KRW 10,113,280,00 to the Defendant as of March 12, 2020 as of June 11, 2020 on the due date for repayment, between March 2020 and May 26, 2020, that the outstanding amount that the Plaintiff supplied to the Defendant’s M&C to the Defendant’s M&C operated was KRW 10,113,280, and that the Plaintiff lent the outstanding amount to the Defendant as of June 11, 2020 is no dispute between the parties.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 40,113,280 won in total with the above goods and loans and delay damages calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from July 25, 2020 to the day of complete payment, as requested by the plaintiff, following the delivery date of the application for the payment order in this case. Thus, the plaintiff's claim in this case is reasonable.
