The defendant shall pay 32,571,720 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from January 21, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

The fact that the Plaintiff supplied a column between January 1, 2019 and October 31, 2019 to the Defendant, who operates an individual enterprise under the trade name of “C” and that the balance of the price of the goods unpaid as of December 9, 2019 reaches KRW 32,571,720, may be recognized by taking into account the following: there is no dispute between the parties, or the overall purport of the pleadings as set forth in the evidence No. 1 through 4 (including the serial number).

Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 32,571,720 won of the goods price and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from January 21, 2020 to the day of full payment, under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, as requested by the plaintiff. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified.
