1. Defendant Republic of Korea shall be the Plaintiff:

(a) Suwon District Court in respect of the land listed in the annexed sheet of land 1 and 2;

1. Basic facts

A. According to the Land Survey Division written during the Japanese Occupation Period, the entries in the Land Survey Division consisting of No. 1,055 (hereinafter “instant assessment land”); No. 419 (hereinafter “instant assessment land”); No. 2,190 (hereinafter “instant assessment land”); No. 1,577 (hereinafter “instant assessment land”); No. 1,577 (hereinafter “the instant assessment No. 4”); No. 1,068 (hereinafter “instant assessment land”); No. 1,164 (hereinafter “the instant assessment No. 5”); No. 1,164 (hereinafter “instant assessment land”); and No. 1,56 (hereinafter “the instant assessment No. 6 circumstances”); and No. 156 (hereinafter “the instant assessment No. 7,97”); and No. 1,78 (hereinafter “No. 47,000”) of the East-gun Military M&D land (hereinafter “No. 7,797”).

B. Each of the instant circumstances with regard to land partitioning, etc., was divided into one land listed in the separate sheet of land (hereinafter “instant land”) with respect to the instant land subject to division, administrative district alteration, area conversion procedure, land category change, etc., and when individually named each of the land listed in the separate sheet of land, the instant land was classified into the instant land 2, etc., and the instant land for the instant land for the instant situation 3, etc., the instant land for the instant situation 4, etc.; the instant land for the instant land for the instant situation 4, etc.; the instant land for the instant situation 5 was divided into the instant land for the instant case 6,7,8, etc.; the instant land for the instant condition 6 was divided into the instant land for the instant case 5, etc.; the instant land for the instant situation 7 was the instant land for the instant case, and the instant land for the instant situation 9 was divided into the instant land for the instant case 1 to 14, etc.

C. On July 5, 1996, the defendant Republic of Korea, in relation to land registration of this case 1 and 2, issued by Suwon District Court Branch No. 14464, which was received on July 5, 1996, and issued by Suwon District Court No. 6158, which was received on March 29, 1996, with respect to the land of this case 3, 4, and 5.
