On April 27, 2016, the Defendant infringed the Defendant’s author’s property right by reproducing and transmitting “D,” a file-sharing website (http:/sedisk.com) by using one’s scke computer without the Defendant’s permission from the complainant, and by reproducing and transmitting “D,” a file-sharing website (htp:/sedisk.com).
