The summary of the facts charged is the owner of A truck, and around 03:29 September 16, 2006, the Defendant, who is the Defendant’s employee, loaded a cargo of more than 11.50 tons of a stable weight exceeding 10 tons at a military distribution office located in the new direction-setting 23.4 kilometers of Young-dong Line 23.29, and violated the restriction on operation by operating the said vehicle.
