A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the business owner operating an officetel entertainment business with the trade name "Emast" on the fourth floor of the building in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and F is the head of the office in which the above business place provides guidance to the women of commercial sex acts and collects the price, and G is an employee who recruits male members from the surrounding area of the above business place and provides guidance to the above business place (the total amount of sales by one person).
