Punishment of the crime

The defendant is an exemplary taxi engineer who engages in transportation for passengers using the Kimhae International Airport.

On July 4, 2019, at around 09:30, the Defendant committed assault to the victim, such as “the victim C, who was in compliance with the foregoing, shall record the contents of his/her refusal to take passengers in the taxi business” and “the victim C, who was in compliance with the foregoing, made the victim’s hand flick, flick, flick, flick, flick, and flick, and flick, 3 weeks of the International Airport International Airport of Gangseo-gu, Busan, Busan, and flick, 4 weeks of the eye for the eye of the victim.”
