A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Seized 20 copies of credit cards (No. 1) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On December 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased 20 credit cards forged by a false method from a person with no name (hereinafter “C”); (b) and (c) conspired with the above-mentioned person to distribute the items using a forged credit card; and (c) entered the Republic of Korea through a Malaysia-based Kim Sea International Airport located in the Gangseo-gu Busan Gangseo-dong (hereinafter “C”); and (d) around 16:00 on December 21, 2014.

On December 21, 2014, at around 17:00, the Defendant purchased airline tickets from the International Airport of the Gimhae, the Defendant presented a forged credit card (CIT and E) to the victim D, who is an employee of the place of the purchase, as if it were the credit card duly formed, and used the forged credit card by signing and settling the sales slip, and then acquired the amount equivalent to KRW 753,50,000 at the market price of one airline ticket from the victim.

In addition, the defendant in collusion with the above-mentioned person in name, used forged credit cards on a total of seven occasions from around that time to December 22, 2014, and acquired the total amount of 5,121,400 won of the market price of the goods, such as the list of crimes in attached Form.
