All appeals filed by the defendant and prosecutor are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal: Imprisonment with labor for not more than ten months;

In light of the Defendant’s previous records of criminal offense and obstruction of performance of official duties due to violence, recidivism during the period of repeated offense, assaulting the police officer who sit on the chief in the police vehicle within the driver’s vehicle to the extent of risk is inferior to the means and method, and the degree of risk is high, considering the circumstances that the degree of theft damage is insignificant and agreed with the victim, and that the Defendant’s mental illness is likely to have an impact on the instant crime, considering the favorable circumstances, and other factors of sentencing as indicated in the instant argument, such as the Defendant’s age, character, character, and environment, the sentence imposed by the lower court cannot be deemed to be too heavy or unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the appeal filed by the defendant and the prosecutor is without merit, and all of them are dismissed in accordance with Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
