A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On October 21, 2010, the defendant of "2017 Highest 259" was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months of imprisonment with prison labor due to a violation of road traffic law (dacting driving) at the port support of the Daegu District Court on October 21, 2010.

Although the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act more than twice, the Defendant driven a CMW car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.147% from the 40-meter section of blood alcohol to the front road of about 117 minutes from the north-gu north-gu, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, on March 1, 2017, even though he/she violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act more than twice.

The Defendant, on September 2, 2009, was sentenced to a fine of five million won due to a violation of road traffic law in the Daegu District Court Port Support on September 2, 2009, and was sentenced to a fine of five million won due to the same offense in the same court on July 14, 2010, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for the same offense in the same court on October 21, 2010.

On February 28, 2017, the Defendant driven CW car with approximately 800 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.134% in alcohol level around the port post office located in the south-gu upstream-dong at port from the commercial distance near the south-gu upstream-dong at port to the port-dong 664-2 at port.

On September 2, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of five million won due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking), etc. at the port support of the Daegu District Court on September 2, 2009, a fine of five million won by the same court on July 14, 2010, a fine of five million won due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting) and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting). On October 21, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspension of the execution for six months in imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting) at the same court on October 21, 201, and on March 17, 2017 and April 28, 2017, respectively.

Although Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice, Defendant 1 also passed a gas station located in North-Gu, at around May 9, 2017, when he/she died of North-Gu, at around 07:40 on May 9, 2017.
