A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 15, 2009, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the port branch of the Daegu District Court on July 15, 2009, and on May 6, 2015, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 5 million for the same crime.
