A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and thus, he/she shall not sell or administer a psychotropic drug camphographer (tentatively referred to as 'camphone'; hereinafter referred to as 'camphone').

1. On April 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) intended to purchase c and E from “D” restaurant operated by C in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on April 9, 2019; (b) transferred KRW 500,000 to E’s account; and (c) intended to purchase c and purchase c and/orphones by delivering it to F; (c) however, C and F did not have any dispute over c and F’s c and c’s c’s c’s c’s c’s c’s c’s c’ volume

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. At around 00:00 on March 2019, the Defendant administered opphonephones in a way that inhales approximately 0.2g of opphones, along with E, in a restaurant operated by Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, and in a manner that inhales as soon as possible, a smoke that occurred by heating them into a log.

B. At around 23:00 on March 23, 2019, the six to seven days after the date referred to in the above paragraph (a), the Defendant administered phiphones in a “D” restaurant operated by C in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, by inserting approximately 0.5g of philophones, along with E and C, on a gambling ground, and by taking as soon as possible a smoke that has occurred due to heating the rophones.

C. At around 23:00 on March 3, 2019, the Defendant, along with E and C, administered philophones in a manner that inhales it as soon as possible, at the same place as the above paragraph (a). D.

At around 23:00 on April 23, 2019, the Defendant administered phiphones in a manner that inhales the smoke generated by heating the phiphones with E and C in the dwelling area of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I building J, and inhales the phiphones as soon as possible.

The Defendant of 2020 Man-Ma1464 is not a person handling psychotropic drugs, and thus, the Metepopic is called the Metepopic, the psychotropic drugs.
