Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, along with BD, BE, BG, BG, BH, BG, BJ, and AF, operates “BK” which is an illegal Internet gambling site. The Defendant and BD comprehensively manage and supervise the operating headquarters (i.e., developing gambling and settlement programs for operation of the said website, recruiting its headquarters, and organizing its headquarters) by operating the said website. BE, upon the Defendant’s order, takes charge of business affairs, such as the solicitation and settlement of the father’s headquarters (as the head office to operate the headquarters, by allocating each region from the head office to collect and manage the total board and game oil), or the total board (as the head office to manage each game oil), upon receiving instructions from the above BF, BG, H, B, and BI, subsidize the part of the business affairs, such as soliciting gambling actors and managing the account, and, B and B, at the domestic or the Switzerland’s order, charge the above game money to use the said website “10% of the amount of profit sharing” in order to use the said website.
