[Judgment of the court below] The crime history

1. The Defendant, as an operator of the Internet gambling site, was in charge of the overall business of setting up a temporary title headquarters (including the provision of gambling sites, cyber money filling and money exchange services) and a full-time sales market (including membership recruitment, management, and website publicity) for the operation of the website. E, while managing the above gambling site server at the head office, is in charge of managing the said gambling site’s cyber money by settling customers’ cyber money, and F, etc. is recruited in order to play a role of soliciting and managing customers as a general staff member of the domestic market.

From January 2014 to October 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a gambling site (I, J, etc.) in the name of “G” from January 2014 to April 2015 under the name of “H”; (b) opened a gambling site (I, J, etc.) in the name of “H”; and (c) deposited money into the deposit account on the website, the Defendant deposited cyber money into the Internet account of its members; and (d) made its members take a fixed amount of money per day before holding the games, such as a stable, camping, farming district, or fishing district, and fishing district, and paid money to its members by means of money distribution rate per day prior to holding the games; and (d) paid money to its members during the games; and (e) paid money to its members, such as money to its members by means of money distribution rate per day on the result of the games; and (e) paid money to its members during the games.

As above, the Defendant, while operating the gambling site head office in Thailand from January 2014 to May 2014, has a domestic sales office at the office in Suwon-gu K apartment heading office, and the Defendant, from April 2015 to October 2015, has a domestic sales office at the head office in Suwon-si L apartment heading office.
