1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant C shall have full payment of KRW 1,017,397,260 and KRW 717,397,260 among them from December 31, 2008.

Facts of recognition

The Plaintiff respectively lent to Defendant C KRW 150 million on September 17, 2007, KRW 150 million on October 12, 2007, KRW 120 million on October 12, 2007, and KRW 50 million on March 20, 2008.

(hereinafter) At the time, Defendant C established and substantially operated Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”); Defendant B was a new construction work of Jinsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City D large scale 738 square meters ground officetels (hereinafter “the instant officetel”); and Defendant B was a new construction work executor of the instant officetel (hereinafter “the instant officetel”), and performed the construction work on a contract for the said construction work.

The plaintiff is against the defendant C.

The loan certificate and the offer of security for the money paid as described in the item were required.

Accordingly, around November 1, 2008, Defendant C entered the Plaintiff with the loan certificate of KRW 150 million (hereinafter “gold KRW 300,000,000,000,000) (hereinafter “the first loan certificate of this case”); ② the expenses paid on October 12, 2007, the amount of KRW 120,000,000 (the amount of KRW 120,000,000,000,000,000,000 from September 30, 2007 to December 508 (hereinafter “the second loan certificate of this case”); ③ the expenses paid on KRW 30,000,000,000,000 (the interest rate of KRW 12,00,000,000,000,000,000) as the loan certificate of KRW 30,000,000 from December 30, 2008 (the second loan certificate”).

In addition, on November 11, 2008, Defendant C signed a sales contract on the instant officetel Nos. 701, 702 (each purchase price of KRW 71.5 million), 703, 704, 705, 706 (each sale price of KRW 77 million), 707, 708 (sale price of KRW 143 million), and 708 (sale price of KRW 132 million).
