1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the Defendants exceeding the money ordered to be paid under the following subparagraphs shall be revoked, respectively.

1. Basic facts

On the other hand, on November 11, 2008, the Plaintiff: (a) from Defendant C, on the 11st floor Ktel (hereinafter “instant site”) on the 11st floor above the 738 square meters in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu (hereinafter “instant site”); (b) each supply contract in which Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) and Co., Ltd., Ltd., Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Co., Ltd., Ltd., in the first instance trial, entered the following contents as to the instant officetel 701 through 708; and (c) each sales price (excluding value-added tax) was fully paid as the receipt of the prestigious comprehensive construction; and (d) received each deposit price (excluding value-added tax) on November 11, 2008, stating the content.
