Reasons
1. The reasoning of this court’s acceptance of the judgment of the first instance is the same as that of the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, except for the addition of the following as stated:
(The court of first instance’s findings and determination are justifiable in view of the evidence submitted by the plaintiffs to this court by the court of first instance, and there are no errors as alleged in the grounds for appeal by the plaintiffs).
