1. Each of the plaintiffs' appeals is dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiffs.
The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.
Reasons
1. The reasoning for the court’s explanation concerning this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, except for the use of or addition to the three parts of the judgment of the first instance as follows. As such, this is the same as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
The term "this Court" in the fourth and fifth parallels shall be read as "court of the first instance".
(b) “Partial testimony of the witness I of the first instance trial” following the date in Part 5 of the fourth page;
(c) by adding each of the following circumstances to Chapter 5 in Chapter 3:
① The witness I of the first instance court, who was in charge of the construction of making soup of the pipes, stated to the effect that “if the water has been received in the pipe pipe of the soup, the business has to be discontinued, and the business has to be discontinued.” However, the Defendant appears to have not discontinued the business in the course of making soup.
2. In conclusion, the plaintiffs' claims of this case are dismissed as they are without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is justified with this conclusion. Thus, the plaintiffs' appeals are dismissed as they are without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
