1. The defendant is innocent. 2. The summary of this judgment shall be notified publicly.

1. Facts charged;

A. On November 2014, the Defendant, who carried a lethal weapon, was issued KRW 300,00 in cash from a drinking victim, on the ground that: (a) the Defendant brought a kitchen knife, which is a dangerous weapon in the kitchen, in Ansan-si; (b) brought the kitchen knife in the kitchen; and (c) took the kitchen knife, which is a dangerous weapon in the kitchen; and (d) brought the victim living together with him, who was living together with him; and (e) took money to change or extend it on the wind, which is a illegal stayr, she was able to move the factory.”
