Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

A. On December 18, 2016, around 18:30 on December 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed an act of assaulting the victim by putting flaps around the victim’s d (48 tax) on the street in front of a restaurant B cafeteria located in the Gyeongnam-gun, Busan Metropolitan City; and (b) doing so.

B. On December 18, 2016, around 18:50 on December 18, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim on three occasions by taking three times the left side of the victim D’s apartment house E, Gyeongnam-gun, Busan Metropolitan City.
