Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Farmland Act, without obtaining permission of the number of Cheongnam-gun, Busan-gun, and from September 2015 to April 2016, 2016, converted the form and quality of farmland by making a total of 2,432 square meters, including 598 square meters (referring to 6,338,800 square meters where a public announcement is made) out of 1,834 square meters of land in C, 1,841 square meters (referring to 19,440,400 square meters where a public announcement is made) out of 598 square meters of land located outside the agriculture promotion area, and 2,832 square meters of land in the name of opening an access road and managing land efficiently.

2. The Defendant violated the Management of Mountainous Districts Act, without obtaining permission from the Gyeongnam-gun number of Gyeongnam-gun, and from around September 2015 to April 2016, the Defendant opened an access road and opened an access road in a manner of cutting and cutting down 6,75 m2 to 55 m2 m2 from among 6,092 m2, E forest land, E, 222 m2,281 m2, F forest, and 706 m26 m2 from among 7,924 m26 m2, H forest, H forest, 9,578 m2 from among 9,578 m2, such as 5,858 m2,000 among 11,063 m2,000 m2,000 m2 to 85 m2,000 m2,00 m2.
