A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

A. Accordingly, the Defendant denied F’s driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner General of the Seoul Regional Police Agency, which is an official document.

On March 11, 2017, at around 13:00, the Defendant visited the “AI” mobile phone store located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to open a mobile phone, and was in possession of a theft, such as Paragraph 1-b of the AJ, who is an employee of the Defendant, requested to present an identification card.

The F driver's license was presented as if he was his driver's license, and the F driver's license was not exercised in the name of F issued by the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Mayor.

On March 9, 2017, the Defendant, at around March 13:36, 2017, committed a theft of the D’s resident registration certificate at the KT mobile phone store located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, with an intention to open a smartphone in the name of D by advertising the theft of D’s resident registration certificate, as described in paragraph 1(a).

The Defendant forged the application form for the KT mobile membership, which is a private document on the rights and obligations of D name, entered “D”, “D”, “date of birth”, “******************* in the state column, stating “Seoul-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government AK apartment No. 401-1403,” and issued the forged application form for the KT mobile membership to the employees AL who may know the fact that it was actually formed.

The Defendant, as seen above, forged a private document under the name of another five times from the time on March 17, 2017, including forging a private document under D’s name, and exercised it from that time until March 17, 2017.

On March 9, 2017, the Defendant, around 13:36, filed an application for KT mobile entry in the name of Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, as indicated in paragraph 4 as if he was D, by deceiving the victim by submitting a forged D mobile entry application to the employees Z of the victim at that place, and the Defendant was issued one S7 portable phone from the damaged party at that place at that time when Samsung Ggal ju was issued to the victim at that time.
