A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Purchasing Metephoids (hereinafter referred to as "philopon");

A. On November 4, 2018, the Defendant decided to purchase writingphones from a person who was aware of via the Internet, and deposited KRW 400,000 in cash into the E deposit account in the name of D in the name of D, which was known to the person who was unaware of his/her name from the “C” in 17:05 on November 4, 2018. On the same day, the Defendant brought about approximately KRW 0.5g on the part of the person who was unaware of his/her name, subsequent to the address sign of a house near the river located in Yancheon-si, 19:50 on the same day.

B. On November 4, 2018, the Defendant deposited KRW 600,000 in cash from “G” located in the Donnam-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul to the E deposit account in the above D name, and around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant brought about approximately KRW 1g of the philopon, which was brought to the front of the address of the house near the above Doncheon Station.

C. On November 15, 2018, around 17:56, the Defendant deposited KRW 700,000 in cash from “C” located in “C” to the E deposit account in the above D’s name. On the same day, the Defendant brought about approximately KRW 1g of the penphone, which was brought to the window of the building in the vicinity of Busan Station located in 21:00 Busan.

On March 2, 2019, the Defendant deposited KRW 400,000 in cash into the E deposit account in the name of J Co., Ltd., which was known to the winners of the above name at “I Bank Netcheon-si H” on March 2, 2019. On March 3, 2019, the Defendant brought about approximately KRW 0.5g of phiphonephones, which was brought to the front side of the above in the electricity distribution box of the housing located near the Yancheon Station.

Accordingly, the Defendant purchased psychotropic drugs-related philophones at a total of four times as above.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On November 5, 2018, around 01:00, the Defendant injected approximately KRW 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection machine and injected them into the Defendant’s arms.

B. The Defendant, at around 01:00 on November 16, 2018, dilution approximately KRW 0.1g of philopon in water at the same place as Paragraph 2(a).
