Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On October 28, 1963, the network N (hereinafter “the network”) completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the land of 274 square meters (906 square meters) prior to OO in Busan Metropolitan City prior to subdivision (hereinafter “the land prior to subdivision”).
B. On June 12, 1996, the Deceased newly built the instant Ba and the instant multi-family housing upon obtaining permission for construction of P, a multi-household building of 4th (8 households) floor (hereinafter “the instant Ba”) and real estate listed in the attached Table 2 (hereinafter “the instant multi-family house”).
C. On June 17, 1997, the Deceased completed a registration of preservation of ownership on the farmland of this case in Suwon District Court No. 42749, which was received by the Sungwon District Court. The entire land of this case was registered as the site ownership of the above loan, and the entire land of this case was registered as the ownership of the above loan.
On June 10, 1997, the Deceased sold six households of the instant loan to an independent party intervenor (hereinafter “participating”) and sold each household of the instant loan by the method of completing the registration of ownership transfer on June 26, 1997. The Defendants are the sectional owners of the instant loan.
E. The Deceased died on July 24, 200, and Q and his children, who were the deceased’s wife, jointly inherited the Plaintiffs, and Q and Q also died on July 9, 2003, and the Plaintiffs jointly inherited each of 1/4 shares of the deceased’s property.
F. Meanwhile, the land before subdivision became each real estate listed in the current annexed Table 1 list (hereinafter “instant land”) through the following subdivisions.
