1. Basic facts

A. 3) G and E, on September 21, 2006, notified the Plaintiff of his intention to purchase the instant three parcels of land at KRW 350,000 per square year, and concluded a provisional contract with the Plaintiff. F, who was represented by the Defendant, obtained the power of representation to sell the instant parcels of land from the Defendant, sold the instant three parcels of land at KRW 620,000,000 to the Plaintiff on September 22, 2006. After receiving the payment in full, F sold the instant three parcels of land to the Plaintiff.

On the other hand, F on September 22, 2006, on behalf of the defendant, the land of this case and the purchaser of this case are three others.
