Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, upon receipt of a certified copy of the true resident registration card, altered “Y” to a member of the household on the certified copy of the above resident registration card, and conspired to charge transportation cards without permission at a place after the disguised employment on the convenience store in the name of the Y, or to steals goods at the convenience store.

1. On January 8, 2016, Defendant A promised with the victim to engage in YB at the AB convenience store in the operation of the victim AE in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and to work as an employee. During that process, Defendant U requested the victim to submit documents to verify his/her identity, Defendant U submitted a certified copy of the resident registration card for Y under the name of the Government Market in Gyeonggi-do, which was modified by an unforeseen method.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to exercise one copy of the resident registration list against the Y in the name of the government market in Gyeonggi-do.

2. On January 9, 2016, Defendants 1 and 2: (a) reported the gap in which the victim gets off at the same place as before and after around 01:00; (b) Defendant A reported the gap in convenience stores; and (c) Defendant U entered the above convenience store with 150,000 won flick-gu flick-gu 150,000 won flick-gu flick-gu.

As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of the total amount of KRW 750,000,00 from the old written card.

3. The Defendants using computers and others entered information that Defendants A, in the same time and place as set forth in the preceding paragraph; Defendant A, in advance, posted a copy of T-NN transportation card held by Defendant U on the charging machine of TNN transportation card; and charge a total of 465,000 won over 26 times in total without authority.

As a result, the Defendants obtained financial benefits equivalent to KRW 465,00 by inputting information without authority in the charging machine of transportation cards, such as computer, etc.
