1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a company with the purpose of manufacturing and wholesale and retailing construction materials.
A, a co-defendant of the first instance court, is the representative director of C (hereinafter referred to as "C") for the purpose of internal construction business, etc. and the father of E, a representative director of D (hereinafter referred to as "D") for the purpose of construction business, etc.
The plaintiff and defendant have supplied building materials, etc. to C and D.
B. The Plaintiff agreed between A and A to pay money equivalent to the face value to the Plaintiff on the maturity date of a promissory note issued in the name of the Plaintiff.
