1. Defendant C shall pay 670,000,000 won to the Plaintiff and 30% per annum from June 6, 2014 to the day of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff loaned money to Defendant C (Defendant B’s wife) to Defendant C (Defendant B’s wife) on a total of KRW 670 million as indicated in the following loan agreement.
