On July 5, 2013, at around 06:50, the Defendant driven C Poter Cargo from the front day of the Defendant’s house located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, to the Cheongcheon-dong 437 Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.205%.
