Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a “C” store in Chungcheongnam-gun B.

The victim D (the name, the female, the age of 57) started from July 26, 2017 to work as an employee C from July 26, 2017, and came to reside together in the defendant's dwelling in Taean-gun E Building F.
