A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 27, 2017, the Defendant driving a Bsch Rexton car around 19:40, and proceeded at a speed of about 40 km from the fluoral distance off to the upper fluorriside of the D front road located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, to the speed of about 40 km each hour.

At the time of night, it was difficult to view the front door door, and there was a place where the center line of the yellow-ray was installed as a bend road. Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected such duty of care and was negligent in driving the central line on a yearly basis, and the part on the left-hand side of the front-hand part of the F Spool car driven by the victim E (59) who was under normal process in the opposite direction of the said car.

Defendant 1 suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment due to such occupational negligence. At the same time, the repair cost of KRW 4,139,858, such as the exchange of the preceding panions, destroyed the panion car to the extent that the 4,139,858 won was above, but did not immediately stop and rescue the damaged person, and escaped without leaving the panton car at the scene of the accident.
