1. The Defendant’s KRW 140,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 30% per annum from November 1, 2009 to June 25, 2014.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On August 16, 2007, the Defendant agreed to pay the borrowed money from C and the Defendant agreed to pay the principal of KRW 140,000,000 and the due date of repayment of KRW 2.5% per month.

B. The Plaintiff is against C on September 26, 2013.

On November 20, 2013, C acquired the claim for the loan, and C notified the Defendant of the assignment of the claim.

C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 140,000,000 won, and the amount of delay damages calculated by each of 30% per annum under the agreement from November 1, 2009 to the delivery date of the application for the instant payment order from the next day of the due date, and 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.
