1. The Defendant’s KRW 140,000,000 and annual interest thereon from May 5, 2007 to February 14, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. The Plaintiff, on May 4, 2006, lent KRW 140,00,00 to the Defendant with interest rate of KRW 600,000 per day, and due date of repayment on May 4, 2007, but the Defendant did not repay this. As such, the Plaintiff shall claim against the Defendant payment of KRW 140,00,000 per annum under the Civil Act from May 5, 2007 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case from May 5, 2007 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.
