A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall move pine trees cut out in a zone where removal is prohibited, and Jeju City was designated as an area where removal is prohibited from being carried out from July 2015.

A around December 2015, at the E Center located in Jeju City where it is its head, on the ground that the operating fund is insufficient, Defendant L was at the E Center, knowing that Defendant L was at the E Center’s place of work for pine trees re-raying, and Defendant L requested Defendant L to enter the 5-t truck volume of pine trees 5-t truck flowed at the place of work for the pest control of pine trees located in Jeju-si, Jeju-si, and requested Defendant L to enter the quantity of pine trees 5-t trucked at the place of work for the pest control of pine trees located in Jeju-si, Jeju-si, and Defendant L had, at the request of Defendant A, loaded a large of 5-t truck volume of pine trees excavated from the above place of work for the pest control at the above time.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to move pine trees from the prohibited area.
